The Synergy Institute is a personal development publishing and educational organization whose vision is a world where everyone is able to create everlasting happiness and success in their lives by achieving their dreams. Our mission is to contribute to this vision by creating and publishing the necessary information, training and tools to allow other people and organizations to achieve their dreams and empowering them to coach others to do the same. The Synergy Institute contributes to a global transformation by educating people on how to create a strong foundation within their own lives through personal development, which can then support all the other relationships in their lives.
About Tristan J. Loo
Founder, Life Coach, Author
 TRISTAN LOO is the founder of the Synergy Institute and a leading authority on human potential and personal effectiveness. As a life coach, author and presenter, Tristan has inspired thousands of people all over the world with his passionate message of overcoming adversity and creating the ultimate life that they desire. His vision is a world where everyone is able to achieve their dreams in life. His life is dedicated towards facilitating that dream.
As a former police officer, Tristan developed practical techniques, strategies and tools for maximizing human potential by studying the lives of those individuals that went from unsuccessful to become high achievers by creating powerful transformational changes in their lives. Tristan contributes to his vision by sharing the knowledge he has gathered of personal transformation to people all over the world, empowering them to become leaders and to help others reach their dreams as well.
Tristan is the author of the interpersonal communication book Street Negotiation: How to Resolve Any Conflict Anytime, which is currently being taught in public schools and organizations around the world.
Tristan believes that each person has a unique purpose of delivering something of significant value to this world. His studies into motivation, leadership, behavioral psychology, interpersonal communication and superior human relationships has taught him that anyone can achieve their dreams in life simply by tapping into their hidden potential and coaching others to do the same.
Tristan currently resides in San Diego, California. He is an active member of the community and contributes his time towards several nonprofit organizations in his pursuit of living his purpose.
